Playing Dead

Join Belmont World Film as we kick off our 13th international film series with a fabulous fondue party to accompany the opening night screening of Playing Dead, set in the town of Megeve in the French Alps.

Like the two main characters in the film you'll enjoy a delicious variety of meats, vegetables, cheeses, fruits, and of course chocolate provided by Clementine Catering, the official caterer of the Coolidge Corner Theatre and the Provincetown Film Festival. You'll feel as though you're sitting by the fire in a cosy French chalet, not to mention having the opportunity to mingle with your fellow audience members and special guests.

Tickets to the dinner are $29, and attendance  is completely optional, but tickets must be purchased in advance by Friday, March 7. Tickets for the screening of Playing Dead must be purchased separately.

MENU

  • Classic swiss and emmenthal fondue and aged cheddar and Guinness fondue served with crusty breads, cocktail weenies, cornichons, broccoli and cauliflower florets, mushrooms, asparagus, red and yellow peppers, pretzel rods, steamed new potatoes, pears and apples
