Mr. Carmack aka Aaron Carmack is a Hawaii-based producer blurring the distinction between Hip Hop and Dance Music in a progressive way that has even the most seasoned producers scratching their heads. His current rise to fame started with the self-released Bang, Vol 3 followed by the Life/Death EP, which both achieved the #1 best selling album on Bandcamp consecutively. In April 2013, he released “Birth Control” and “Hopscotch,” an eclectic mix of hand claps, squeaky beats, and Neptunesque synths, on our Jeffree’s imprint. Supported by the likes of RL Grime, GTA, Plastician, Djemba Djemba, S Type, Elair Fifi as well as appearances on BBC Radio 1, Mr. Carmack’s global domination has only just begun.
Joe KayJoe Kay is the co-founder of Soulection, as well as host of Soulection Radio and an active DJ in the worldwide music community especially at home in LA. As Head of A&R for Soulection, Joe oversees all artists while always digging for the timeless "Sound Of Tomorrow." A lover of music and a visionary in his own right, Joe sees no obstacles in his path, creatively problem-solving as he approaches every situation with compassion and an open mind. Julio Galvez aka The Whooligan is a citizen of the world and 10+ year resident of San Francisco. This seasoned DJ, producer and event curator brings a unique perspective to the label infused with passion, optimism and inherent positivity. As a trusted source of insight and ground breaking music for numerous events, venues, fashion brands, music outlets, and local businesses across the globe, Julio’s zest for life, ability to identify fresh music and creative culture first has lead him to collaborations with brands like MTV, Def Jam and PUMA.
As a multi-faceted and genre-bending DJ, he’s shared the stage with Jazzy Jeff, DJ Craze, J. Rocc, Rick Ross & more, playing stages and events spanning all corners of the planet.
