The attendee will learn in-depth requirements regarding the administrative provisions of the Building Code.

 

Instructor:      Rick Breezee           Rick started as an Assistant Building Official for the City of Crystal in 1978. Became Building Official and Zoning Administrator for the City of Elk River 1980-1985. Building Official and Manager of the Permits and Inspection Department for the City of Bloomington, 1985-2000. Became the first Building Official at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport 2000 – 2017. Started my own code consulting business in 2018 to present.
