Overview of the Residential Combination Inspector               Session 714

This session provides combination inspectors with fundamental knowledge necessary to administer and enforce applicable requirements of the 2020 MN Residential (MRC), Mechanical, Fuel Gas and Plumbing Codes which apply to residential building inspections.

 

Instructor:          Roger Axel       Retired Building Official with 35+ years code administration/inspection experience including single and multi-family residential, educational, industrial, business and mercantile occupancies; multiple certifications from the State of Minnesota and the International Code Council; International Code Council contract instructor; instructor for Housing and Building Inspection Institute at UW-Madison College of Engineering; instructor for MN Licensed Residential Contractor continuing education seminars.
