Your Appetizer of Choice:
- Crispy Pork Belly Bubble & Squeak: Sweet Pickled Cabbage & Roasted Potatoes, Crispy Pork Belly, Topped with an Irish ChimiChurri.
- Beef Tartare: Minced Beef Tenderloin, Garlic Oil, Salt, Friend Capers, Shallots, Angry Ginger Tartare Sauce, Frizzled Onions, Served with Two Grilled Crostini's.
- Seared Tuna: Sesame Seed, Cajun Crusted, Sushi-Grade Seared Tuna with Sticky Rice & Angry Ginger Tuna Sauce.
Salad:
- Garden Heirloom Salad with Sweet Lemon Vinaigrette
Your Entree of Choice:
- Surf & Turf: 5 oz Filet Mignon, Two U-10 Seared Scallops, Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus, Thyme-Garlic Demi Glaze.
- Sweet Jerk Chicken: Airline Chicken Breast with Salted Coriander Red Potatoes, Asparagus, & a Sweet Jamaican Jerk Sauce.
- Seared Hawaiian Ono: Paired with Sticky Rice with Charred Baby Bok Choy, Sake Soy Reduction, & a Wasabi Bubble Foam.
Your Dessert of Choice:
- Chocolate Covered Strawberries with a Sweet & Spicy Strawberry Sauce.
- New York Style Cheesecake with Blueberry Compote.
