Pro Photo Op | Bayou Bloodfest LLC

A pro photo op is a professional photo opportunity with a celebrity guest or group of guests. With the purchase of the photo op you will receive a professional physical glossy 8x10 print and a digital copy of your picture.

The company provided our photography services is Shatterproof Media. They utilize a green screen background to tailor the picture to the specific celebrity. For example with photos Felissa Rose your background will be a campsite in the woods.

 

Photo Op Rules

 

• Photo Op Ticket: A separate-purchase voucher required to enter the photo booth. It is not an admission ticket to the convention itself. You must have a wristband from the event to use your Photo Op Ticket
• No Autographs / No Video: Autographs, personal cameras, cell phones, and video recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the photo-op room.
• Group Caps: You are allowed up to 3 adults or up to 2 adults and 3 children in your photo op.
• Pace & Timing: Sessions last roughly 5 to 15 seconds per person or group. You walk in, pose, and exit immediately.
• "A-Photo Ops Do Not Include An Autograph": Purchasing a photo does not grant signing time at the celebrity's table. You can take your printed photo to the guests after to purchase autographs.
• Arrival Window: Attendees are typically required to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before their designated group.
• Retake Policy: Retakes are generally only offered on the spot if there is a major technical failure, such as a severe blink caught by the photographer, and must be requested immediately at the print pickup desk while the guest is still in the room.
• Physical & Personal Boundaries: Unwanted touching, kissing, or aggressive posing is banned. It is best to ask permission for hugs or brief physical contact and state your pose clearly the second you step up.
• Green Screen Usage: our Pro Photo Ops utilize a green screen backdrop for photos. Some will use a scene from a movie while some will be a standard convention backdrop.
