A Wrinkle in Time
John Glore’s family-friendly play adaption of A Wrinkle In Time is based upon the classic sci-fi /fantasy book written by Madeleine L’Engle, winner of the 1963 Newbery Medal, Sequoyah Book Award, and The Lewis Carroll Shelf Award.
Join our heroine Meg Murry, a high-school-aged girl transported on an adventure through time and space with her younger brother Charles Wallace and her friend Calvin O’Keefe. Together with Mrs. Whatsit, Mrs. Who, Mrs. Which, Meg, Calvin, and Charles Wallace rescue her father, a gifted scientist, from the evil forces that hold him prisoner on another planet and threaten to overtake the universe with darkness. In the end, we know two things for sure: Love CAN overcome evil and there IS such a thing as a tesseract.
