“Let The Feet Do The Talkin’” an evening of stories, tap, song, starring Devin Johnson. Devin will be performing the same cabaret in New York City in early March at the Triad Theater and will bring the show and his many talents to the Equinox Resort in Manchester on March 30th to benefit Burr and Burton Academy Creative Arts programs. All proceeds from the event will directly benefit students studying music, drama, dance, media arts, and visual arts. Each year, more than 700 students at BBA experience enrichment through these art programs. BBA Arts relies solely on money raised from benefits and donations to pay for mentors, rental instruments, and supplies that are crucial to the success of the students.
Devin Johnson, the son of VCS Marketing Manager Eric Johnson, is well known in our Northshire community as a talented dancer, singer, and actor, a triple threat! He is a 2009 graduate of BBA and has a degree in Musical Theater Performance from Montclair State University. He is familiar to patrons of the Weston Playhouse, having performed in “42nd Street”, “Peter and the Starcatcher”, “Mamma Mia”, and last summer in “West Side Story”.
