Policies & Procedures for Ticket Purchase
The Bishop Chatard High School ticketing website is designed to make purchasing tickets to BCHS events easy and convenient. These policies are intended to help you understand the ticket purchasing process.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Policies & Procedures, as well as the Bishop Chatard High School Terms & Conditions.

How You Pay for Tickets
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Ticket prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

All payments are securely processed through Bishop Chatard High School’s Stripe account. BCHS does not store credit card numbers.

Ticket Purchases
Bishop Chatard High School is the event organizer and seller of tickets. Ticketor provides the ticketing software used to facilitate ticket sales and manage your order.

Pay What You Can
For performances offering a Pay What You Can option, you may enter the amount you would like to pay for each ticket.

Confirmation of Your Order
After completing your purchase, you should receive a confirmation email with your order information and tickets.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate your confirmation, please contact BCHS at webadmin@bishopchatard.org to confirm that your order was successfully placed.

Processing Fees
BCHS does not pass ticket processing fees on to customers through this ticketing software.

Ticket Purchase Limits
To help ensure fair access to tickets, BCHS may establish a purchase limit for certain events. Any applicable ticket limits will be communicated during the ticket purchasing process.

Refunds and Ticket Exchanges
Please carefully review the event date, time, ticket type, and other event details before completing your purchase.

All ticket sales are final, and refunds are not permitted. Tickets may be exchanged between shows that are currently on sale, subject to availability.

BCHS cannot provide refunds for tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise unusable.

Accurate Billing Information
Please provide accurate and current billing and credit card information when placing your order. Orders may be cancelled if payment information cannot be verified.

If there is an issue with your payment information, BCHS may attempt to contact you using the information provided with your order.

Ticket Use
Tickets are valid only for the specific event and performance for which they were purchased. Tickets may not be resold or used for promotional, advertising, sweepstakes, or other commercial purposes without prior written permission from Bishop Chatard High School.

Errors in Ticketing
BCHS reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a refund if an error occurs in ticket pricing, availability, event information, or other ticketing details due to technical or human error.

Limitation of Liability
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with Bishop Chatard High School’s Terms & Conditions and accept responsibility for yourself and any minors accompanying you to the event.
