Tanna tells the story of the people of Yakel, a village located on the island of Vanuatu in the South Pacific. Please join us for an optional dinner celebrating the tropical cuisine of Vanuatu, prepared by regional culinary champions Cooking Culture Caterers and their new baking venture, Trillfoods.

Ticket sales have been extended until March 17 at 6 PM, but only ten tickets are left. The cost of the movie ticket is not included, so purchase movie tickets separately. The menu includes:

  • Vegetarian Lap-Lap: mix of local root vegetables (manioc/cassava, white sweet potatoes, green plantains) and leafy greens, slow roasted in banana leaf with coconut milk and fresh tomatoes
  • Vanuatu Chicken Curry with coconut, fresh turmeric, ginger, lime, and lemongrass, lightly spiked with fresh bird chilies with white rice
  • Island Citrus Slaw: crisp shredded veggies with fresh lime leaf in a palate cleansing citrus dressing
  • Trillfoods Coconut Macaroons and fruit
