Jill Mitchell, who is a Wellness coach in the project, and has been working with students during both Thrive days.
Session Description:
- Overview of topics learned at Thrive day 1 & 2
- Relate these topics to how parents can continue to support their children with
these skills and knowledge at home
- Leave with ideas and physical takeaways to help support children in dealing with
emotional well-being and mental health
