“…somehow, I’d managed to never look. To never really look.”
Join the company of CHARGE Stage and Screen in their annual summer theatre production, ‘Pronoun’ by Evan Placey. This ensemble theatre staging of ‘Pronoun’ tells a love story about the transition of a transgender teenager, Dean. With laughter and heartbreak, ‘Prounoun’ explores the impact on friends and family of an individual's decision to undergo gender transition.
Pronoun was a play originally commissioned as part of the 2014 National Theatre Connections Festival, especially written for young actors. It has been premiered by youth theatres across the UK.
"Honest, touching and relevant… as thought-provoking as it is engaging." - A Younger Theatre
