Showcase Sunday: All parents or families are encouraged and invited to attend our 15-minute showcase on Sunday at 3:45-4pm. All children will be involved; showcasing lessons they learned throughout the busy weekend.

What to wear?

-          they can wear shorts, leggings, or something comfortable they can move and dance in. No jeans.

-          We will be in a ballroom so temperatures can fluctuate. Pack a sweatshirt if they get cold and options for when they get hot; feel free to pack an extra shirt or wear a tank underneath.

-          Shoes: All students must arrive in sneakers and can be worn for all classes. If your child has jazz or dance shoes, they can bring those for the more technical classes. Absolutely no sandals or crocs, as safety is a top priority.

-          Hair: Make sure hair is pulled back and clean so it doesn’t have to be a distraction for the event. French braids are a great idea! Some heavier ponytails tend to fall and become a constant distraction; so make sure your child is prepared and comfortable.

What to bring?

-          Lunch WILL NOT be provided. You must provide a packed lunch from home. There will not be an option to leave the workshop and go buy food in the hotel. Lunch is only 30 minutes and your child will need that time to rest, decompress, and talk with new friends.

-          Water Bottle (normal water-not sodas)

-          Pencil and Highlighter

o   We will provide a folder of all learning materials at registration.

Arrival and Dismissal

-          A parent or guardian must walk your child into the ballroom and pick them up at the end. As this is a public space with other events going on, you are responsible before and after the workshop. They will not be excused from the ballroom.

-          Go to the bathroom before registration. Bathroom breaks are to be had only in between classes; as safety and security is a top priority.

-          Please arrive early as I don’t want you to get lost in the ballroom and come in rushed and frazzled.
