North Bound Information:
Hello, we are glad you are using Crossroad Tours to go to Florida this season.
MUST arrive at 10:30 am to load and board bus. The bus will leave at 11:00 am sharp.
Going North estimated arrive times:
Fort Wayne, IN 5:30 am
Nappanee, IN 6:30 am
Topeka, IN 7:00 am
Shipshewana, IN 7:30 am
Middlebury, IN 8:00 am
All passengers MUST have tickets to board. All Passengers Must sit in their assigned seat, until the bus driver tell passengers it is safe to switch seats.
We will be stopping every 5 hours, please feel free to get off the bus when it stops to switch drivers. There may be times when we stop at other drop-off locations.
Anyone ages 3 and older MUST be in their own seat.
*Remember the bus driver is not the person who makes decisions about the trip, if you have positive or negative comments, remember drivers are doing their best to get you to your location safe and sound. Please call 260-768-7549 if you need to speak with the office.
Tickets:
Ticket Cost is $335.00 round trip (all fees included), Ages 3-59 years
Ticket Cost is $305.000 round trip (all fees included), Ages 60 years plus
Ticket Cost is $210.00 one way (all fees included), Ages 3-59 years
Ticket Cost is $175.00 one way (all fees included), Ages 60 years plus

Round Trip $60.00 ages 3 and older
One way $30.00 ages 3 and older
Riders: anyone under the age of 18 must be with an ADULT
Cancelations for Tickets:
The tickets are non-refundable, but we will give you credit for another trip if you need to cancel more than 7 days from the trip. Tickets cannot be sold to another customer, the person who bought the tickets must use the credit within one year from the date they were going to go on the trip. If you cancel 7 days or less, prior to the trip leaving you receiving no credit on your account, you will be out of all the money you paid for the tickets. When you buy tickets, you could have purchased the insurance that is provided and has no connection to Crossroad Torus. This is an outside company provided by ticketor.com. If you cancel the ticket, you will lose $20.00 per direction, per ticket.
Date Change:
You get one free change of date, if you change the date of the ticket more than on time there is a $50.00 transaction fee that is added.
If we cancel the trip due to not meeting the minimum number of 20 people riders to take the trip, you will get a full refund.
Keeping the bus clean:
Before exiting the bus at your drop-off location, please pick up your trash, sit your seat up, and put up your footrest.
If you want to bring drinks on the bus they must be in screw tight lid containers. If you bring food on the bus, clean up after yourself and use the trash bags provided by your seats or the large trsh bags you can pick up from the driver. NO MILK Products

Crossroad Tours, INC is not responsible for anything you bring onto the bus. You are using Crossroad Tours, INC at your own risk, we are not responsible for accidents that happen while the bus is in motion or in transit to the venue. Crossroad Tours, INC is not responsible for any accident that happens after you get off the bus at your destination location.
