Momentum Dance Company, Santa Barbara's premiere competitive company, is back for their annual Company Concert after having to take a year off from the stage! The MDC Family couldn't be more excited to present their largest, most comprehensive company ever. Forty Four dancers, ages five to eighteen, will light up Center Stage Theater to kick off their eight season of dance with this spectacular showcase! MDC has been providing the most elite level of dance education in Santa Barbara for eight years and is pleased to present the hard work and dedication of their students and educators. "Flourish" is a preview of MDC's national award winning competitive company's dances on display for the local community, friends and family to experience.
Over the course of 90 minutes enjoy the performance of some of Santa Barbara's most talented and diverse youth dancers. This show combines all ages and styles in a fun for the whole family show to get you in the holiday spirit! With energetic, Tap, Hip Hop, Jazz, and Contemporary dances, these dancers will get you up out of your seats! Witness choreography from the entire Momentum faculty including Pablo Gatica, Jaylyn Vaughan, Carly Visger, Landry Breaux and Betsy Woyach, MDC's director. Momentum can't wait to share their love for dance with the Santa Barbara community this December!
