Cultural Associacion - Phoenix Ankurah welcomes you to Ecstatic Spirit, our series of four signature events that follow the planet's sacred movement through time and space. With each turn of the wheel, we gather to honor the solstices and equinoxes—the pivotal moments in our Earth’s journey.
Our celebrations began with the Summer Solstice of 2023 and continue with each passing season. These are more than events; they are intentional gatherings designed to foster deep, meaningful connections. offering an experience for all your senses. We create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore a healthy and conscious lifestyle, supported by a welcoming community.
Each gathering is a unique tapestry woven from holistic practices, sacred raditions with a conterporary feel.
You will be welocmed into a place of no judgeent, where your heart can fully open. We connect in the welcome circle, perform a cleansing ritual often followed by drinking of a herbal tea or raw cacao, then we ground our bodies with yoga stretches, explore cosmic guidance through astrology, and refresh our spirits with a specially selected music re-tuned to one of the so-called mirracle frequencies - 432 or 518Hz. We curate deep, soulful electronic soundscapes with bass vibrations that resonate within. This is music that moves the body and touches the soul—a soundtrack that keeps the original rave generation (and beyond) high on life itself. The synergy of our bespoke artists, musicians, and DJs, performing on a state-of-the-art sound system synchronized with dynamic lighting, weaves a multi-sensory tapestry. It is this unique fusion that sets our events apart, guaranteeing an immersive, high-quality experience from start to finish.
Our ethos is to provide a sustainable and inspiring alternative to mainstream social scenes. In our alcohol, smoke, and drug-free atmosphere, you can connect authentically and celebrate with clarity. To complement the experience, we often offer breathwork, yoga or combination of other healing modalities with healthy and nourishing refreshments to delight your senses.
