FAITH/BIBLE JOURNALING
Have you ever wondered about Bible journaling but felt a bit overwhelmed trying to figure out where to start? Want to spend more time in your Bible study, and need something to give you a boost? Come and learn more about Bible Journaling! This is a class for BOTH those who have never art journaled before and those who just desire time and space to journal while learning additional techniques.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
* 20-30 minutes introduction and instructions on specific techniques/materials that will be used to complete 2 beautiful entries whether in your Bible or your art journal
*60+ minutes of journaling
*10 mins to share work and encouragement before closing
FOCUS TECHNIQUES FOR THIS CLASS:
*Transferring images into your Bible (You do not have to be an artist!!)
*Creating Tags & Tip-Ins
*Making Ribbon and Material paper clip markers (I’ve already picked up some colorful material
and ribbons!!)
WHAT TO BRING:
*Journaling Bible/Hymnal/Journal/Paper (Anything you are comfortable drawing and coloring in.)
* Materials will be provided to complete two journal entries and to complete the focus techniques for this class. However, I strongly encourage those who have journaling markers, journaling pens, colored pencils, twistable Crayons, etc. to bring them along for your own personal use.
*Cash if you want to purchase anything from the Cash and Carry Table
WHO CAN COME:
This workshop is open to women and girls ages 10 and up (anyone under 16 will need an adult
with them). What a great opportunity to journal with your daughter or granddaughter!!
