Welcome to CHRISTMAS FUSION TWIST Presented by Exotically Fresh: Events & Catering
2018 is coming to an end but it is never too late to get an icing on the cake. The Christmas Fusion Twist is a “three evenings” event to celebrate the holiday together with palatable Hawaiian-Caribbean fusion cuisine, and deliciously crafted ciders.
Date: Saturday 29th to December 31st, 2018.
Time: 6 p.m - midnight
This event is perfect for a date, double dates, family gathering regardless of age and health condition. We will introduce you to Hawaiian-Caribbean Cuisine and tricks to the fusion Style cooking. The Christmas Fusion Twist cost and event schedule are as follows:

(Masquerade New Year's Eve Party):
Fee: $65 per person
Note: One appetizer, one entree, and one dessert will be served on 30th and 31st while Alcoholic beverages are sold separately.

A portion of our proceeds will be donated to Brooklyn resident, dialysis patient whom fire destroyed all his belongings.
ORGANIZERS BIOS
Mila Belice: Owner, Creative and Marketing Director
Mila Belice is not just a creative director but boast of over 15 years of event planning and floral design experience. She also holds the steering at Exotically Fresh Events where she has helped earn exposure at events as large as the Javits Convention Center during Bridal Xpo, and as small as local churches during networking events. She has also gained a great of knowledge on how to keep a brand relevant on the market and develop brand loyalty.
She attended the New York School of Interior Design. Following her education, she worked for 7 years as an Interior Design Consult for Janovic Plaza interior decorating. She has always been passionate about floral design and event planning, earning two floral design certificates throughout her career. She has taken event planning classes at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), and volunteered with major bridal expos such as the Wedding Salon.
Belice as a marketing expert has been part of some of the most exciting marketing campaigns for brands like Blackberry and Samsung. The marketing agencies that she has worked for also have a roster of clients in the wine and spirits industry. She had the chance to promote a lot of alcoholic brands such as Jameson, Jim Beam, Jose Cuervo, and more.
She is passionate with providing an aesthetic flair to the events that she contributes to bringing her own pizzazz and panache to every project. She views New York City as a cultural melting pot, and plans to take full advantage of the rich diversity in one of the fastest growing communities in the metropolitan area to create magnificent atmosphere for fun lovers.
Moya Dewar: Partner/Venue Manager
Chef Ms Dewar is the founder of OM caterers, where your details are highly taken care. After years of honing her culinary skills under the umbrella of some of the finest in the food industry, Chef Dewar has continued to grow and master her skills. Her passion and love for food keeps on guiding her into great opportunities in the hospitality field as she has further expanded her brand with “Shake Shack” in Dumbo, Brooklyn.
At the age of 16, she migrated to the United States to attend college to pursue a nursing degree and after completing her nursing program, she decided to attend Star Career Academy where she was formally trained as a chef in the culinary arts. She is very passionate about cooking and has taken part in variety of delicacies including creation of menu for top hospitality firms.
Chef Dewar has led an assortment of sophisticated restaurants in various capacities as chef, Manager and trainer as well as overseeing the openings of Shake Shack restaurants, (a franchise created by the Union Square Hospitality Group) in Philadelphia and Washington D.C.
