Returns accepted up to 24 hours before the event.

Service charges may apply for the return of tickets as follows:

  1. Return for store credit: 0.00% of the ticket price is deducted
  2. Refund to your credit card: 100.00% of the ticket price is deducted

Ticket Pre-Sales

Begins January 25th at 6:00pm

Ends February 1st at 10:00pm

 

Important - Please read before purchasing!

  • Each family is allowed to purchase SIX total tickets during this first round of ticket sales.
  • DO NOT purchase more than six tickets during this round of ticket sales!
  • Ticket sales are final! There will be NO refunds.
  • A minimum of 6 hours of parent volunteer participation are required for each family.
  • Families who purchase tickets and do not sign up for and complete their required volunteer hours will have their tickets made void and will not be guaranteed the option to purchase more tickets. If you are absolutely unable to volunteer, you may instead donate $300. Please contact us at volunteers@goldenproductions.org to work this out.
  • Please double-check your schedule and cast before purchasing tickets as we will sell out for all shows.
  • General Ticket Sales will open on February 8th and that is when families will be allowed to purchase tickets without any limit restrictions.
