The College Flats have two bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), bathroom, living room, and a kitchen including a microwave, and refrigerator. The Flats are dorm style living and do not include a television, or a telephone.

There is no maid service during the guest stay. The apartment will be cleaned before and after each occupancy.
