Ticketor - How to: Need one-on-one remote assistance?

Ticketor simply offers the best customer service. Even-though Ticketor is essentially a self-service product, we understand that if you cannot use it, we don't make money. So we do our best to make sure you can easily and smoothly use Ticketor.

How to get information and assistance:


1- Tutorial Video

Click on the video icon to watch a video that explains the end-to-end use of Ticketor including setup, sales, reporting, box-office and more.

This is the best way to start using Ticketor and will save you tones of time down the road.

2- Walk-through

On most pages you see an orange tab on the right of the screen. Click on the tab for a detailed walk-though of that page.

3- Documentation & Step by step instruction

All the information you need to know about Ticketor, ticketing, setting up, and process as well as step-by-step instructions can be found on the help page.

Also clicking on the found on different sections of the site, opens up the documentation for that specific feature.

4- Chat with us

Chat is the fastest and most efficient method of support.

Chat with your dedicated support engineer from the bottom-right corner of the screen.

All chats are responded by your live, dedicated support engineer. We do not use bots or un-experienced customer support representatives.

Most chats are responded immediately. In case your support engineer is not available, they will respond in a few hours and the response will be emailed to you. Make sure to ask your questions clearly and in details to avoid back and forth.

Depending on the type of the issue, your support engineer may initiate a call or remote-meeting.
