Join us for an evening of wellness and sisterhood! 💕 Learn easy stretches, strength-training exercises, posture tips, and simple at-home routines — plus get your questions answered!

*This will be a beginner level class for all fitness levels*

 

👟 Please wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes.

🧘‍♀️ Bring your yoga mat (beach towel)

optional: light weights if you have them.

 

🥗 Water, coffee and chai provided! Please bring a healthy snack or breakfast item to share with your sisters.
