This will be a non sanctioned push/pull event consisting of brench press max & dead lift max. Weight classes 200 and under, 201-231, 232-265, and SHW. 10:00 am pre-signups, rules meeting and competition to start at 11:00 am. $35.00 entry fee to compete, or $5.00 spectator fee. Cash prizes $$$$$ awards for competitors. This will be one of the many events for the 2019 Health & Wellness Expo, right here in Fort Wayne Indiana.
