*What time should we arrive?
Arrive 30 minutes before your chosen session
*What if i don't have a team?
No problem, choose your AM or PM session and we will build you a team on the day.
*What should i wear?
Comfortable active wear, a t-shirt and shorts is perfect. You will get wet, so don't forget to bring a towel,
and a change of clothes.
*Can parents and children do the course together?
No, for safety reasons groups need to be in similar age groups.

*Do i need to be fit to join in?
No, the course is energetic, but suitable for anyone to have a go at!
*Will there be prizes?
Yes! There will be a presentation and prizes to be won at the end of the day.
*Do i need to bring my ticket?
Yes, please bring along your eticket. You can either print it off or show us on your phone.
*Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes, there will be food, drinks and icecreams available to purchase
*Are there facilities for spectators?
Yes! There is a brilliant public playpark for younger children to enjoy.
There will also be games and facepainting available.
