Contact Yoga is a mixture of OKI DO YOGA principals, Kyo ka ho and Meiso SHIATSU MASSAGE techniques. Our Contact yoga has been designed by Kim, to combat posture stiffness and any solitude issues caused by the use of modern technology. In contact yoga we massage and use the whole body. In the workshop you will practice kata’s, pressures, stretches and positions as couples. Through the actions of offering and receiving you will take on both an active and a passive role. The aim of this workshop is to make you more aware of your surroundings so you can fully connect with your inner-self. Contact yoga helps to empty the mind, so you can finally relax. This is because through doing these exercises you will have improved sensitivity and will be experiencing an oxytocin boost.

We provide mats and all equipment and you will have the use of our showers and towels after your class.
