3HRS INTENSIVE Footwork & Body Movement
Learn: fun footwork routine and body movement, so you can start using your entire body when you dance!
Special focus on steps vs upper body connection. Understanding of salsa arms and shoulder styling, posture, natural body movement and balance/hip resting exercises.
For Levels 2: Beginners plus / Improvers & Intermediate / Advanced
This class is more suitable for women as we will work more on upper body so we look elegant and feminine when dancing, but men are always welcome as we will work on footwork in general.
