Have you ever been curious to explore some of the hidden spaces in downtown? Well, here's your chance! The Kernersville Museum presents our first annual Hidden Spaces Tour. The tour will start at the Museum and include the Harmon Office, currently home to the Kernersville Little Threate Office, the Morris House on Cherry Street, and the Factory building on North Main Street. The tour will finish at Kernersville Brewing Company, where we will be raffling of the beautiful bear that Mountain Mike made for us! This will be a self-guided tour. You will pick up your tour packets at the Museum that will guide you to each of the different locations.There will be a docent stationed at each stop to share the history of the space as well as to answer any questions you may have. So come out and explore Kernersville in a whole new way!
Hidden Spaces will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tickets are $12 for the tour. To enter the raffle for the bear, carved by Mountain Mike, raffle tickets will be an addtional $5 and available for purchase at the Museum. This ia a fundraiser for the Kernersville Museum. All proceeds go directly to the Kernersville Museum Foundation.
