Liverpool Comedy Improv is coming to Chester!!
These 2 hour comedy improvisation workshops are for any level of experience of improv, performance, comedy etc.
You really don't need to have any experience at all.
Or you may have some and would like to learn more.
All levels are welcome.
The course will be fun, friendly and supportive, with lots of laughter.
6 weeks. £80. Every Tues starting 21st Feb. Ends 28th March 2017. 7-9pm.
Comedy improvisation helps creativity, spontaneity, confidence and free-thinking.
Improvisation is a collaborative, supportive, generous and fun art form.
Each session over the six weeks will include ice breaker warm-up games, where playful silliness is encouraged!
You will explore how to create simple, very short improvised scenes in a supported, well structured and non-judgemental environment.
You will develop and have fun with some classic improvised games and scenes (similar to Whose Line is it Anyway).
This course is perfect for:
People who have no or little experience of doing improv, comedy, performance or acting.
People who have some experience of the above but want to further develop their improvisation skills
People who are naturally curious
People who are open-minded
People who want to try something different
People who want to have fun and laugh a lot
Stressed and busy people who want to have a stress-busting laugh in a skilled and structured environment
Creative people who might be feeling ‘stuck’ or ‘blocked’
