This workshop will focus on the simple, yet special brewing method known as Pour Over. A favorite among manual brewers. We will take a brief look at the origin and history of this amazing brew method. Then, we will unravel the parameters and techniques involved in mastering pour over. And finally, we will spend a significant amount of our time together applying and practicing said methods and techniques. This workshop is fun, informative, and very hands on. Perfect for seasoned manual brewers and amateurs alike!
