The weekend concludes with exclusive late night access to the official after party, allowing guests to continue the experience in a more intimate lounge setting.

NU MOTION PROM WEEKEND — LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending NU Motion Prom Weekend events, including The White Affair Day Party, NU Motion 21+ Prom, and NU Motion Lounge After Party, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk
Attendee understands that participation in social events involving music, dancing, food service, alcohol consumption, and large gatherings carries inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property loss, or damage. Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attendance.
2. Alcohol Responsibility
This is a 21+ event. Alcohol will be served only to guests with valid identification. Attendees agree to consume alcohol responsibly and understand that NU Motion, its organizers, staff, venue partners, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from intoxication or misuse of alcohol.
3. Release of Liability
Attendee releases and holds harmless NU Motion, event organizers, promoters, staff, contractors, sponsors, and the hosting venue from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the event, including personal injury, loss, theft, or property damage, except where prohibited by law.
4. Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. NU Motion and venue partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
5. Code of Conduct
NU Motion reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee without refund for unsafe behavior, harassment, illegal activity, or failure to comply with venue rules or dress code requirements.
6. Media Release
By attending the event, attendee grants permission for photographs and video recordings to be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
7. Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by organizers.
8. Agreement
By purchasing a ticket or entering the event, attendee confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this liability waiver and release.
