How rentals work? 

  • Rentals are currently only available in US.
  • All equipment are rented on a weekly basis. The rental fees are for one week, however, you can keep the equipment for more than one week and you will be charged per week. We allow 3 days a grace period.
  • You pay the full purchase amount + one-way shipping to you at the time of rent and when you return them, we refund your payment minus the rental fee. 
  • You should pay for the return shipping. 
  • All equipment should be returned in the original package and in the same quality that you received them. If they are damaged or not in original packaging, you will be charged for the damage. Ticketor is the one who determines the cost to repair or replace the damage equipment/parts.
  • If you decide to keep the equipment for yourself and not return them back, you are welcome to do so. Just let us know. In that case, you will not get any refunds.
  • If you need the equipment for more than one week, please note the rental length on the checkout page.
  • Equipment usually ship in 2 business days and you should allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery

 

Example:

 

If you want to rent a Barcode scanning device, the purchase price is $339.00 and the one-way shipping to you is $5.00. The weekly rental fee for the device is $35.

 

So at the time of the rental you pay $339 + $5 = $344

 

Assume you keep the device for 2 weeks and then return it to us. Your charge would be 2 * $35 = $70

 

You have already paid $344. So we refund you $339 - $70 = $269
