Pure Mosaic is a Bahamian nonprofit organization (NPO. 1737), that develops the creative economy through training, performance, and enterprise support. We build pathways for dancers, musicians, designers, actors, filmmakers, and digital creators to grow their craft, connect with new audiences, and access real economic opportunity.
Our work includes national training programs, incubators, workshops, productions, and a growing network of partners. In doing so, we provide structure for emerging talent, create paid work for creative professionals, and help develop a sustainable creative sector for the Bahamas.
We have created seven flagship initiatives across dance, music, theater and film, visual arts, fashion, digital content, and media. Each initiative delivers training, production, and industry development in collaboration with local and international partners.
We are committed to building a creative ecosystem that supports talent at every stage. Our programs give creators access to skills, resources, audiences, and investment so they can build long-term careers in the arts.
