Rested Root invites you to explore ways of resting and connecting with your body in ways that bring ease and openness. 


Expect soup, snacks, space to rest, and space to play. 🍲

There will be quiet, self-guided grounding practices and a few gentle guided offerings woven throughout the day. 🧘🏾‍♀️

 

We’ll also be hosting Safer ♠️ Spades with beginner-friendly learner games throughout the day, plus room for seasoned players too.
