Roswell's Christmas Light Competition

  1. Eligibility
    • All participating homes must be located within Roswell city limits.
    • Only registered participants will be judged.
  2. Registration
    • You must pre-register by December 15th to be included in the competition.
    • Late registrations will not be accepted.
    • $30 Registration Fee
  3. Public Address Listing
    • By registering, you agree that your address will be shared online for the People’s Choice viewing map and for official judging purposes.
    • Your address may be posted on our website, social media, and printed materials promoting the competition.
  4. Display Requirements
    • All Christmas light displays must be fully lit from December 15th through December 25th, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM each night.
    • Displays must remain visible and accessible for public viewing during these hours.
  5. Judging
    • Official judging will take place between December 15th and December 25th.
    • Exact judging dates and times will not be disclosed to ensure fairness.
    • People’s Choice voting will also occur during this time frame.
  6. Respect & Safety
    • Participants are responsible for ensuring their displays are safe and do not obstruct sidewalks, driveways, or traffic.
    • Visitors must remain on public property and respect participants’ homes and privacy.
  7. Awards
    • Winners will be announced online by December 25th.
    • Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and People’s Choice (Voting Online)
