Christmas Party Night – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) must be made at the time of booking to secure your place.
  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • In the event you are unable to attend, no refunds will be issued.
  • Tickets may be transferred to another guest, but the organiser must be notified in writing at least 2 days before the event.

3. Event Admission & Timings

  • Doors open at 6:00pm.
  • Food will be served at 7:00pm.
  • The disco will begin at 9:00pm.
  • Carriages at 12:00am (midnight).
  • Entry is by ticket only. Please bring confirmation (digital or printed) with you.
  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a risk to others.

4. Food & Drinks

  • Dietary requirements and allergies must be communicated in writing at least 4 days before the event.
  • The organiser cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.

5. Behaviour & Safety

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, entertainers, and other attendees.
  • Any damage to the venue, fixtures, or equipment caused by a guest will be the responsibility of that guest.
  • The organiser will not be held liable for loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

6. Photography & Media

  • Photographs and/or video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such media.
  • If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the organiser in advance.

7. Event Changes

  • The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme, entertainment, or venue if necessary.
  • In the unlikely event of cancellation, guests will be offered a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled date.

8. Legal & Liability

  • The organiser accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage, except where directly caused by negligence.
  • Guests are responsible for their own transport arrangements and ensuring safe travel home after the event.
