Based on the timeless Nesbit novel, The Railway Children delves into the gripping tale of a family torn apart by false accusations of espionage. Transported to a rural haven, the resilient mother must navigate the challenges of supporting her children by delving into the world of writing. Along their journey, they form an unlikely alliance with a Russian immigrant writer, and the children embark on a daring mission to save a prominent Railway magnate, ultimately leading to a heartwarming reunion.

This production not only promises to captivate audiences but also celebrates the 70th Anniversary of First UU Lubbock and the
invaluable contributions of Sylvia and Clifford Ashby to the local theater community.

This captivating production will feature a diverse ensemble cast comprising 14 roles, including 4 adult women, 5 adult men, 3 teenage girls, and 2 teenage boys.

Conversations at the Edge will follow directly after the performance.
