Anton Powers is one of the most popular and in demand DJs in the north of England, proven by his impressive gig diary, radio show figures & his awards Liverpool Echo ‘DJ Of The Year ’, a coveted award which Anton has won for 2 years in succession.
And most recently the Liverpool City Council & Liverpool Music Awards ‘DJ Of The Year’.
Anton is a regular spinner at some of the hottest venues in the area. Plus further afield he can be found at acclaimed club nights in Ibiza with regular appearances for Pukka Up at the legendary Space, Amnesia & Pacha plus his own parties for Sin Sundays at Ocean Beach.
Anton has also performed for the past 10 years at the dance festival Creamfields. 2 years in succession esteemed DJ Erick Morillo asked him to perform alongside him in his Subliminal arena. In 2009 Anton was presented with a second gig at the two day festival when the BBC invited him to headline the BBC Introducing ‘In New DJ’s We Trust’ Stage. 2011 & 2012, Anton performed to over 9,000 in the Swedish House Mafia Arena, alongside Axwell, Ingrosso, Angello & Calvin Harris. While 2015 saw Anton perform in the 15,000 capacity Cream Mega Arena alongside Alesso, Laidback Luke & Knife Party.
Radio however is where Anton comes into his own, presenting two key dance shows on 107.6 Juice FM which have become an essential listen for the clubbers of Liverpool and the North West.
Anton was the longest serving DJ on Juice FM for over 11 years and after a successful 2 years at nearby Radio City, Anton is now back at Juice FM, where he has doubled the audience and is the market leader within 1 year of his return.
On top of all this Anton also records in the studio as Cahill. Cahill are the masters of floor-filling house. The first single "Trippin' On You" went Top 20 in the UK. It was also released internationally in USA, Australia & Holland.
Cahill are even hotter property remix wise, with some of the biggest artists in the world requesting the Cahill magic touch – Lade Gaga, Nicole Scherzinger, Cheryl Cole, Mariah Carey and most recently Elle Goulding, Rihanna & Leona Lewis have all been in touch with Cahill for official remixes of their latest singles.
During the day Anton is A&R Director for the record label 3 Beat. Where Anton has signed and released some of the biggest chart dance hits including releases by Sigma, Philip George, Fuse ODG, Martin Solveig, Duck Sauce, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike & many more.
