Imagine you're a teenage girl who is not only one of twelve children (wow!), but your father is, in fact, one of the great pioneers of industrial efficiency who has decided to apply his unorthodox methods to you and to the rest of your big family. The results are terribly embarrassing, funny, and—it must be admitted—extremely effective! Anne, however, only sees the ridiculous reputation she’s gained among everyone at school—especially the boys! While the situations the Gilbreth family face in Cheaper By the Dozen are often uproarious, there's a grave reason that Dad is pushing so hard for better organization. Of course, the children don't recognize this yet, and both Dad and Anne are miserable until they learn to appreciate each other.


Drama People is the high school theater program of the Shanan Homeschool Co-op in Franklin. We are teacher-directed and student-run, focusing on excellence, experience, and enjoyment.
