 It's clear a lot of effort went into the event. That said, I do have some feedback I hope will be taken constructively. The program ran about 3 hours, and the length felt driven by quantity rather than quality. Several segments featured the same performers repeatedly, including the founder/teacher, who appeared in 5-6 numbers with elaborate costumes. For a school event, the spotlight should be on the students — that's who the audience comes to see progress and celebrate.

 In the teenage group performance, an adult teacher joined in a separate costume, which was a distracting choice — this should have been the students' moment alone. A recital should showcase what the students have learned, not the instructor's skills. I'd love to see tighter rehearsals and a program that keeps the spotlight on the kids.
