Waited in line too long to enter in unacceptable climate conditions

Very easy to purchase and redeem tickets

This was my first experience and it was mind blowing. Marked as the best time I've had my whole life......I'm 39

Tickets were easy to purchase and the QR code to get into the event was super easy. I like the add to apple wallet feature.

There were a few hiccups with the group reservation at the hotel, but the event itself was great. Lamont, Jeana and Manny helped us out with our ticket issue and we're extremely accommodating.

 Great time.

 Excellent

Purchase was easy. Tickets a bit high. Assigned seating preferred. Appreciate the parking discount. Toilet stench. Needed a directional sign by self parking.

The website or the overall experiencing including the show? The show is wonderful, as always. The website and ticket purchase leave little be to desired.

Loved the models But the wait to start looks unprofessional Technical difficulties occur But this was beyond that Prepare and test earlier, well before the start

This event was FIRE from start to finish! This was our 1st time attending and my son's 1st time walking. He had such an amazing experience and left absolutely fired up to continue working on his craft and get back there in September.

The event was well attended. While where the event was actually held was nice, the Showboat hotel itself was run down. There were 6 elevators and only 3 of those worked. So there were lines for elevators waiting for 10-20 minutes to get on. The hotel is old and run down.

The event itself was great. Saturday started late, but it still went off amazingly. The hotel was a disappointment, though. We couldn't fill our water bottles to use at the gym, no water unless you paid for it, only found 1 ice machine, elevators were jokes, building is in obvious disrepair. I tried calling the front desk from my room phone and cell for issues, but no answer. Half-used TP and housekeeping didn't have any to give me, room was a sauna. Can we try a new venue?

The event was great so many fun flowers being given. However, the showboat hotel was below par, only half the elevators worked, only some buttons would light up/work, there was only one cafe, no hair dryer in the room and showers that were broken and way too short for a 6 foot tall person.

Hope my daughter get invited to model for the show next year. Wonderful show

I arrived late and didn’t know it was a kids event. I’m requesting a refund or a replacement for an event Friday or Saturday

I enjoyed the event greatly. Well done!

I would give this Event 5 stars: Easy to access venue, well organized, sound, (announcer and the music accompaniment) was at a reasonable volume, fun show with very interesting presentations, sweet little gift bags with thank you notes

The hotel was a kids hotel. My room was flooded when I first arrived. No casino in the hotel either?

Beautiful fashions, great energy, fun as always
