POLICY & PROCEDURES FOR PURCHASE
The aim of Art Party USA is to facilitate your purchasing of tickets to your favorite events. Art Party USA purchase policies are intended to make sure you understand the process of buying tickets from us on artpartyusa. These Policies & Procedures for Purchase are subject to Art Party USA Terms & Conditions and are incorporated by reference, here in these policies.

The ticket you buy from Art Party USA is only a license to attend a specific event you have purchased the ticket for, and such license can be revoked, if any of Art Party USA's policies, Terms & Conditions, or additional conditions on the tickets and /or any other laws or regulations are violated by You, the purchaser of such ticket.

HOW YOU PAY FOR TICKETS
You have a variety of options to pay for the tickets you purchase from artpartyusa. We accept major credit cards including, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. The price of tickets for the events taking place within the United States is in U.S. Dollar.

CONFIRMATION NUMBER
Please note that if after you submitted the required payment information, you do not receive a confirmation number/ letter, or email, it is your responsibility to confirm with your Customer Section, whether or not your requested order has been placed. Art Party USA will not be liable for any pecuniary/monetary and /or any other losses due to your erroneous presumption that your order has not been placed because you did not receive confirmation.

FACILITATION & PROCESSING CHARGES
When you purchase tickets on artpartyusa, a portion of your ticket price includes a non-refundable processing fee per order. This non-refundable portion will be stated in our Refund Policies section when buying Your tickets.

YOU CAN BUY LIMITED NUMBER OF TICKETS
In order to establish a fair purchasing method and to prevent unfair attempts and practices of buying tickets, there is a limitation on the particular number of the tickets you may purchase for a specific event i.e. the“purchase limit”. The “purchase limit” for each event would be determined by Art Party USA.

AFTER YOU PURCHASED YOUR TICKETS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE LIMITED
Please carefully select and purchase your desired event on artpartyusa. You must thoroughly review all information pertinent to the event, including but not limited to the date, time and contents of the programs and event/s, prior to purchasing any tickets on artpartyusa. This is of highly importance since the refunds or exchanges are limited, after you have purchased the ticket.

YOUR MUST PROVIDE ACCURATE AND CURRENT BILLING & CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
YOUR TICKETS MAY BE CANCELLED, IF INFORMATION IS NOT VERIFIED.
Please note that it is your obligation to provide accurate and current billing and credit card information to Art Party USA for a ticket order, including a billing address and other billing information. No ticket order could be processed unless the credit card and billing information is verified. In case of existence of any inaccuracy, discrepancy or mistake in your billing and credit card information, your order may be cancelled by Art Party USA and your tickets may be sold to another consumer without further notice. However, the Consumer Department of Art Party USA will try to contact you through the information you have provided and if Art Party USA not able to contact you, your ticket may be cancelled and sold.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF ART PARTY USA’S TRADE MARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IS ILLEGAL
Use of Art Party USA’s trade marks and intellectual property is illegal unless Art Party USA has expressly consented in writing. Your tickets will be cancelled or seized, if any attempt is made on your part to unlawfully resell any ticket. Without the written express consent of Art Party USA, no ticket shall be used for promotional, sweepstakes, or advertising purposes. You may not copy or reproduce Art Party USA art projects or any portion thereof except at an official Art Party USA Event. You may not sell, lease or distribute any reproductions of any Art Party USA art project, including the one you produced at your Event. Any unauthorized uses of Art Party USA art projects or its Website are strictly prohibited.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
21& Over Events: Some of the Events/Venues are limited to adults who are of legal drinking age (or older). The Events with age restrictions are listed as such on the Website. By purchasing tickets to an Event with age restrictions, you warrant and agree that all ticket users will be at least of legal drinking age. Art Party USA and/or Venue staff has the right to request proof of age with a valid identification. If the participant is found to be underage, the participant will not be able to attend the event nor will a refund be available.

13 & Over Only: Some of the Events/Venues are limited to youths and adults who are 13 years of age or older. The Events with this age restrictions are listed as such on the Website. By purchasing tickets to an Event with this age restrictions, you warrant and agree that all ticket users will be at least 13 years of age. Children under 17 years of age must be accompanied/chaperoned by a ticket-holding adult who will be responsible for the children’s conduct. If a participant is found to be underage or is not properly accompanied/chaperoned, the participant will not be able to attend the event nor will a refund or exchange be available.

All participants are expected to behave in a non-disruptive manner. Art Party USA and/or the Event Venue retain the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion to any participant. Acting in an offensive, disruptive or inappropriate manner is not tolerable. No refunds/exchanges are available to the participant if service has been refused or discontinued.

VENUES
The Events are located at Venues not owned, operated or controlled by Art Party USA. These Venues may offer additional products and services including but not limited to food and beverages. These are provided solely as a convenience to you and Art Party USA is not responsible for and does not endorse any of these products/services provided by the Venue. You are responsible for any additional charges incurred by you at this Venue. By attending an Event at a Venue, you agree that personally identifying information, such as a photo, may be publicly disclosed and/or associated with you and that you are using the Venue product/services at your own option and risk. Art Party USA is not responsible and accepts no liability for the Venue or its agents/employees. If you have violated any of the Venue’s policies that caused you to be expelled from the location before or during an Event, no refund or exchange of your ticket will be available. If you have questions, problems or concerns with a Venue, please contact them directly.

ART PARTY USA HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REFUND YOUR TICKET IN CASE OF ERROR
Art Party reserves the right to cancel and refund your ticket when an error occurs with respect to the price, or the time of availability for sale, and/or other relevant matters to the ticket which are announced on artpartyusa caused by a machine or human error, computer malfunctions, and /or other Art Party USA’s operational system and programs.

EVENT CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
Art Party USA and/or the Event Venue reserves the right to change or cancel any event without prior notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to, changes of venue, dates, times, and/or art project. If an event has been changed other than the art project, Art Party USA will attempt to contact you prior to the Event. If an event has been changed and before the event has occurred, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange subject to that Event's refund policy. If an event has been canceled, you may receive a full refund or may apply those ticket funds towards future Art Party USA event tickets. Art Party USA makes no warranties on the availability of such future events.

WAIVER OF RIGHTS
The failure of Art Party USA at any time to demand strict performance of any of the terms or conditions set forth herein shall not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment thereof. Art Party USA may at any time demand strict and complete performance of said terms and conditions.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, invalid or illegal, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and all other provisions set forth herein shall remain in full force and effect.

LIMITED LIABILITY
When you purchase ticket through Art Party USA, you expressly agree to be bound by Art Party USA’s Terms and Conditions ( Please review Art Party USA’s Term & Conditions, which are herein, incorporated by reference) on your behalf and your children or any minor accompanying you to the event. You further expressly agree to bear and assume all the risks and liabilities pertinent to, and as the result of, the event (before, during or after the event) that Art Party USA has issued the ticket for. Art Party USA will make an effort to provide you with quality supplies needed for the art project. However, no representations or warranties are made for the quality of the finished project or your experience while attending the event.
