 There wasn't a festival. I received an email the morning of the event to say it had been cancelled. No explanation. No apology. And as of yet, no refund!

 absolutely appalling, didn't want to give one star but had to, took the money and then no contact to say the event wasn't going ahead! And obviously, as yet, no refund either!!

 absolutely shocking. Received this e-mail on 06:18 saying event was cancelled on the day of, here's the exact text "The event has been cancelled Refunds have been processed back to the card paid on thes take 5-7 working days Camp V dubs " No apology, no explanation and spelling error. Shocking and very disappointed. We realise that things happen but the timing and the email was frankly disgusting.
