 good experience

 My wife and I were denied at ticket scan entrance when our e-tickets did not work. After multiple attempts and embarrassing moments, we learned that our seats were also sold to other attendees. The promoter eventually got us two replacement seats, but we lost the first hour of the show. There were also many others like us, having had the situation with duplicated tickets. My wife and I were deeply frustrated, angry and disappointed with the experience.

 It was very bad because we could not enter with the bar codes received in the email. We had to wait in line again to exchange for the real tickets.

 I purchased the tixs online and reached out on FB to confirm whether I needed to exchange for physical tixs. I was informed I didn't need to exchange for the physical tixs and could use the e-tickets from Ticketor. While that was true, someone did hold the physical tickets to my seats and attempted to question my e-tickets. We were lucky we checked-in early, else I wasn't sure if we could even enter the venue. Apparently, the other party was given wrong physical tixs.

 The website was poorly designed and the map was hard to imagine where the stage is to select the seats I wanted while booking. Even this review page is hard to understand how to submit the review and the layout and color are just terrible.

 it was glitchy. Search engine for tickets was unstable. We logged in at the time the tickets were released and got the message there were no more tickets. We kept trying and sometimes it went through.

 Website to purchase tickets was not good . And was confusing.

 The app wasn’t working properly but I like the show so this is why I gave 5 stars

 For the time that we did get to watch the show, we enjoyed the music, singers, performers, lighting, sound and atmosphere. Four stars because we could not comment on the first hour that we missed.

 Love this singer! He is sooo talented and his voice is amazing! The sound quality and the band is top notch! He needs to be invited back over and over! 🩷

 too many skits. live band drowned out the vocals of the performers. Multiple performers were not able to make it to the final event.

 The show was awesome. She's a great singer, great performer. The band was also fantastic. My Tam arranged enough time so she could chat, perform, and enjoy her time with her fans. 4 hours show at a casino is unheard of.

 My Tam always gives her best to her fans and never fail in doing it. Love her show!

 Over all the show was good/entertaining. I don't know who manages the concession stand but it could use a bit of sweeting. Making a sale requires courtesy and a smile. I debated walking away and not making a purchase. Girl at the stand was stiff and did not start the mood for the show on the right feet.

 Tran Thanh and his co-performers put on a great show. All of the guest singers were good/great. And Mr Tran Thanh himself? He can do it all: sing, MC, comedy, and makes great movies. By the way, Hari Won is cute and adorable. Tran Thanh is a lucky man to have married her.

 Too many rappers. Not enough singers. Comedy skit is not well developed.
