Crossroad Tours Inc. Reviews

We were dropped off where there were no food or drink booths. No restaurants even close. It was raining so we had to find a place to cover while waiting for the show which was 3 hours late due to rain. No one's fault, but due to roads closed, we just got dropped anywhere. It was a bit frustrating. Even though we had some small snacks we were hungry and wet. We would not do that event again, way too many variables to mess up the fun of the day.

 Nice bus and great driver

Our Tour Guide, Nikki, was a lot of fun - our bus driver was also good.

We were very disappointed to discover, day of, that we would be on a tiny bus with no restroom. The ride was very rough and uncomfortable. I understand why there was a change, but a little bit of notice would’ve been helpful so that we could prepare For the change (not count on having a restroom available, taking pain medication ahead of the rough ride).

 They cancelled the trip

Shelley our driver was not only kind, but extremely efficient at her job . She was attentive to us the guests and managed what could have been a tragic accident well. She’s a fantastic driver. She’s an asset to your company.

Due to the weather, we only got to see about an hours worth of air events. It was delayed several times before we had to meet back for the bus. Even though we were given an option to stay longer, we were in no place where food or drinks were available except a tiny booth 1/4 mile away(super expensive)- we were all wet and tired and ready to go home. What we saw was cool, but not what we paid for by any means.

Christmas Corner was OK For my taste, not enough stores. Stops were well planned.

The Nashville trip was great! Nikki did a great job hosting and Mary Ann was a helpful, friendly, and safe driver! All the events were fun, and we enjoyed the amount of free time in the schedule! We also appreciated the late morning starts so we could get enough rest to avoid getting sick. The best pre-paid dinner meals were at the Pizza Ranch and the Nashville Nightlife Dinner Theater. The dinner at the Santa Fe Cattle Company and the Inn at Opryland were not so good.

This was a wonderful trip! 🥳 Driver, Roger, was excellent and guide, Jolene was exceptional! Both were very friendly, organized, and helpful. Jolene made conversation and daily contact with every passenger and did all she could to make the trip fun for everyone. I hope future trips with Crossroads Tours have Roger and Jolene as driver and guide.👍🤞

Frankenmuth is a lovely town but I think I’d like to go when it’s not so busy. It was hard to enjoy all this wonderful town had to offer .
