Set The Date:
Our calendar fills up fast so if you have a date you want, good luck. {makelink} Please fill out this form the next time you plan rent the theater so we may update our records
Hold:
This is the first level on our calendar. A soft hold that works as an alarm system for your half baked idea. Whilst it bakes. Until a second person comes along that wants the same date. Then we go to a challenge. More fun than it sounds. If you weren't challenged the theater will start bugung you 2 or 3 months before the date of your hold about signing the contract.
Challenge:
When your hold is challenged you have 2 options and 2 business days to mull them over. First is to accept that date was more of a suggestion and really start rehearsing this time, or sign the contract for your hold and pay the deposit on at minimum the days that were challenged.
We will attempt to contact you using the current information in our records. If those attempts fail to get a response within 2 busness days we will go forward renting the space to the challenger.
In the other direction, if you would like to challenge another's hold on a date:
A deposit of $100 is required for all challenges and will be included as a credit in your contracted amount
You Must be ready to sign and pay the contract within 5 business days of a challenge
Contracted:
If you weren't challenged, the theater will start buging you near 3 months before the first day of your hold to sign your contract, pay your deposit, and get us all the images and and pretty words you would like us to use when selling your tickets. Don't worry, we'l ask again in another month. Keep in mind we cannot sell tickets until this is done.
Technical Needs:
Now that the where, who, what, when, and why is all set lets look at the how
You have ideas, we have a technical director that can, if not make those ideas reality, usually get close enough to be impressive on the budget. We highly suggest making an appointment before your move-in date to go over tech needs and make sure we have all the equiptment you need on hand and decide if reconfiguring the theater is really necesary.
More Theater Needs:
I know we're the worst, here are the basics we'll need

{makelink}
I'm sure you've been checking ticket sales regularly but, Does the Box office have your comp list? did I make up a random ticket price when talking to an relative and now I need an Uncle Bob discount? We need a seat taken out for a wheelchair and my parents want to sit in the front row, wait, whats a comp list? It's okay, we can do that. until the day of the show. any show day changes and updates must be delivered in writing by either the producer or the second identified way back when put the hold down. forgot who that was or that they changed? inform the general manager of the update or will be called from your important duties during a performance to fill out our extremely detailed comp request form.
