   Easy process

   Flawless experience from purchase of tickets to execution of delivery

 It was very hot and there weren't as many vendors as we have seen at past Bastille Day festivals. It would potentially be really beneficial to either start the celebrations a little closer to sunset and/or add fans + misters around the street to help people stay a little cooler! Overall a fun event, but would like to see more drink and vendor options in the future!

   We had a great time, well organized, great music and atmosphere

   Loved it. Even though it was hotter than hell, it was enough of a breeze and shops to go into that were air-conditioned that we stayed comfortable. Food was awesome as was the wine. Everybody seem to be having a great time. This is our second year.

   Loved it! Would love more vendors, but the vibe, and atmosphere, and street closure was top-notch! And the shirts are great!

   Will never attend again.

   Didn't like that it was on a Sunday and not during Bastille on Bishop. In the past, the enjoyment of the cocktail competition was having it done within Bastille on Bishop.

   Tbh would love a refund was there for 20 min max

   The celebrity entertainment going on 2 hours before event to close was not a good idea most left when they made us get out the pool then not telling anyone you could not smoke on property and not having a smoking section then charging a 25 ReEntry Fee 2 of the people I came with never came in because of this so I wasted money paying for vip table then having separate bars in vip and not disclosing that info we just decided this will be the last event for us

   The event overall was fun, however, the planning needs work. Nobody knew that the pool was for vip only. Although the vip tickets mentioned pool access, the event was marketed as a pool party. This was bad because a lot of people were dehydrated. It is 100 degrees right now. I personally threw up because of the heat. The bathrooms were very far from the actual event, and again in this type of heat that was a long walk. The emcees were good and the dj did fine.

   This was not organized at all. VIP should have had a separate entry because I didn’t get in until a hour before the event had to wait in line for over a hour and half. And our bottle didn’t come out until 20 minutes before the club was over with.

   The line was chaotic,unorganized. and dj and sound was not great. I was present 45 minutes and within my time there I witness a few altercations about to start(although it was diffused by secuirty) a few of them appeared to be confused as well. I know you all have no contol over people,however having a solid process,security/police entry/exit team is key if this event occurs next year. Compared to last year which was stategically planned/organized, last night wasn't it

 I enjoyed the event as this was my very first opportunity to experience the legendary Mrs. Patti LaBelle! The event was well attended, the decor was beautiful and the space was perfect.

 The event couldn't have been more fun. It was well organized and there were activities for my 2 year old on up to adults. Very well planned and executed.

   Amazing carnival! The best I’ve ever been to!!!
