 Our daughters’s care attendant was nominated for an award. We purchased tickets for our daughter, my wife, and I to attend to support her nomination. Her brother came too. We were deeply disappointed when she wasn’t even mentioned at the event!

 Great!

 I enjoyed the speakers, the awards, the food, and taking photos after all the awards had been handed out. Thank you for having Connor Cummings give the keynote address. The only downside was the parking, but since I got there right at 6pm I got one of the last spots in the lot.

 I enjoyed attending the DSPY Awards banquet—it was a wonderful event that truly celebrated the vital work of DSPs. The energy in the room was inspiring, and it was clear how much thought and care went into honoring the nominees and winners. My only suggestion would be to share a highlight from each nomination since the full text is already shown on the slides. That way, the program's pace stays lively while allowing everyone to read the nomination on the slide.

 This is event was so fun and well organized. Honoring Direct Support Professionals is very important and it was done here with flare!
