 Venue terrible prices for drinks exuberant never again

 Absolutely amazing

 Communication was prompt and clear while purchasing the tickets.

 EntertainmentGR were very good with communication. However, not very good at coordinating the event, Security was pathetic. There was a fight on the first opening act and security turned up just to watch. The table broke up the fight themselves.

 Excellent

 When the event's location was changed, they selected a table for our group without consulting us and placed us wherever they wanted. They complicated the refund process, by refusing to refund our group, and they should be embarrassed for not complying with Australian Consumer Laws by not offering a refund upon request after altering the event's location. Worst customer service experience ever!

 Upon arriving at 9:30 pm, no staff were present to scan our tickets or guide us. Our designated table was already occupied, and the organiser, Mr. Michael Kamitsis, was busy with other customers facing similar issues. We were eventually placed at a cheaper back-row table. Mr. Kamitsis did not follow up or apologise, and the disorganisation spoiled our night. We will not attend future events by this company and hope this feedback prompts greater professionalism.

 I was very disappointed as the table didn't match to what I booked online. I was very annoyed how people didn't respect other people trying to hear and take videos, standing up, blocking views. I really appreciated Michael, allowing me to take a photo with Themi.

 Security could have been more vigilant as there were tables using their chairs as barricades to stop people from the most direct route to the bathroom. They bullied and swore at men and women alike and I was detained by legs that were stuck out in a barricade to trip me and was even held back by my bag strap despite politely making my way through. This orchestrated behaviour does not speak to Hellenic values of community😔

 We booked a table of 10- we were allocated table 40. This table was located on the corridor that connected the front of the room to the back. However the isle space was so narrow that we were constantly being bumped and pushed by waiters and guests moving from the front to the back. The other very disappointing aspect was the extremely poor back up singers - the female vocalist shouldn’t be allowed to hold a microphone.

 People been allowed to smoke cigars and cigarettes while seating , ( people eating and drinking ) the whole night , in front of security and not been pulled up is appalling and disgusting.. Is that Legal ? We have photos and video.

 Themis Adamantidis is Greece's biggest voice He deserved so much better. Venue was shocking. Stage was non existent, no lighting. Absolute disaster. We got a text to arrive before 8.30 when he appeared after midnight. Sound was terrible and the poor man kept complaining. He deserved The Pavilion, or Crown. Very disappointing.

 I loved Giorgos Margaritis. Unfortunately the sound management was poor. What a shame for such a great singer.

 Was unable to buy single glass spirits. I was with my partner and don’t think I could have drunk a whole bottle of my own. Sorry but we had water

 The event organisers selected their own table, without consulting us where we would like to sit in the venue.

 Giorgos Margaritis is a classy performer. Music started at about 11PM. We paid for VIP seats which were right up at the front of the stage and more costly then the seats further back, however, as people at the back moved in front of us ie standing right next to the stage, we could not see the performer. Event was very poorly coordinated and therefore not recommended!

 Singer was great.

 Margaritis was good. However the venue was small and everyone was squashed in like sardines. Staff were fighting and yelling at eachother, not to mention the use of a half dressed bimbo to literally lap dance for men in order to sell flowers to throw at the performer - tasteless.

 Great to see the younger generation appreciating and singing all his songs on the song list. Themi Adamantidi is a legend. Quality voice and a gentleman. However, the sound system was distorted and too loud. The female singer was below standard.

 The actual even was good, we had a great time but the event organisers were terrible.

 Adamantidis provided an outstanding performance but the organisation was truly underwhelming. Organisers had oversold tickets and we were left standing for a good 15 mins as other people poured in and sat at tables that did not match their tickets or the floorplan. We weren't the only in this situation.

 AV was mediocre. The female support act was ordinary. Venue was overcrowded. Took to long to walk in and grab a drink from the bar.

 Upon arrival, our experience was unfortunately very disappointing. The staff member checking our tickets was extremely rude. Despite having booked a table in advance, we were informed that our table had been given to someone else. We then waited over 30 minutes before being placed at another group’s table, with barely enough space to sit comfortably. The wristbands provided were tangled and damaged, and the staff member simply told us to “just keep them” and show our ticket

 Event was canceled and I was not notified, My tickets were purchased Saturday September 27th Drove from Renmark to Adelaide arrived at the venue and it was closed. Called the contact number to be told it was cancelled/ postponed and that everyone was notified. I don’t think everyone was as few more people arrived. Messaged the contact number requesting when this was cancelled with no answer. I’m expecting a full refund

 The sound was terrible for the audience (until Themis's 2nd set) and very frustrating for the artists who on countless occasions highlighted this to the techs. I don't know if this is indicative of Melrose or the choice of Technology. Confusion around our table number and no antipasto as we were sold with our tickets, was disappointing/embarrassing.

 He as a singer was good. But venue should have been elsewhere

 Event organisers did a terrible job with organising table numbers as a lot of numbers were wrong or missing. The other singers were like karaoke singers. And the event started way too late nearly midnight and finished late 3am. Themis was legendary as always. But if I was to ever go again, no thanks

 Horrible. Unorganised. Embaressing and insulting to a singer who deserved a microphone that didnt screech. It was a s h i t show. Paid for antipasto got gone. Toilets had urine on the floor and no paper towels. Sound system was horrid 3.5 hr wait to be seated. At our table we paid 150.00 same table lady next to me paid 200.00 wasnt happy. I hope the patron who was knocked unconscious and no ambulance was called sues.
