Not enoigh view for general admission tickets. No control of the tickets, I almost didnt get in. Bathrooms UNSANITARY
Personally, I'd say there was a lack of security personnel and coordination. The people at the entrance were disoriented and uncoordinated, and the service was very poor when entering through the VIP area..
Couldn’t find my table, food wasn’t so good and too expensive!
La organización de las mesas pésima
1Me cobraron mucho en las bebidas que pena 2 la mesera no tenía el recibo de mi consumo lo tenía en una servilleta 3 las sillas una pena la mesa que me tocó todas rotas con la espuma afuera
First they say that women could enter for free before 11 pm and that's not the true I arrived at 10:30 and a very rude woman asked me to pay and then when I came back with my ticket at 11:30 I saw that the same wonen let other women pass for free, it also seems to me that they would have to put screens for people who are far away, after that everything is okay
thoe concierto estaba muy bien
The venue was charing $60 for VIP seats in the front and $40 for general admission. They charged us $25 more per person for seating in the general admission area which is more than what they charged for VIP seats total. At least they let us move our tables to the front of general admission instead of all the way in the back. Venue was hot, no A/C? Maybe owner is too cheap to run it. Sub-par venue

It was not clear if parking was included but there was someone at the entrance charging 20 dollars. I noticed some people paid while others did not.
Lack ofSecurity people fighting, VIP people was not able to enjoy the show because off all standing people that was in front .

El concierto excellence la confusión con las mesas VIP NO ME PARECIÓ pero ahí te lo dejo para q la próxima no suceda. Esperando siempre por los mejores conciertos con ustedes.
Everything was fine, just the weather didn't help too much. And some extra bathrooms would be fine for next time.
En mi experiencia personal, este evento no se le puede nombrar internacional ya que era un evento muy específico en tres países. Segundo creo que ese sitio no es para ese tipo de conciertos por el motivo de que no cuenta con un techado apropiado para protección de la lluvia.
Solo dos porque los artistas fueron con todas ganas. Pero el VIP fue todo un fracaso y una vergüenza. Como van a invitar a EEUU a un lugar así lleno de barro y mal organizado. Solo se embolsaron con dinero y el setup y Venue todo un fracaso. En nuestros países ahí mejor escenarios. Sorry Díamante but a total venue failure.

Las Palmeras put on a great show. I didnt have to go all the way to queens, ny, but why say the show is at 9pm when the band didnt start till 11pm, especially on a weeknight. Put down showtime on the damn ticket!! Para que dicen el show es ala 9 si el grupo no empezo hasta la 11pm, esecialmente durante un dia de semana?

I think I can say that everything was almost perfect, the Histeria group was excellent, their music was excellent, the guys in the group were excellent, the sound, the lights, everything was excellent.

Lindo evento. Porfavor buscar un venue de donde todos puedan ver. Limpiar los baños mas seguidos. Estaban overflowing
Really disappointed... behind the net! 2nd floor Aggressive people (drunkers).. little before the show ended the restrooms were clogged out as soon you enter the restrooms water was all outside restrooms very nasty to see.

It was ok.
Falta de aire acondicionado, demasiado calor. Varias personas completamente alcoholisadas y aun asi le siguen vendiendo alcohol. La presentacion del grupo fue espectacular.

De todas la veces que fui a conciertos en este lugar, este fue el mas organizado, las mesas tenian buen espacio y cuidaron bien que la gente de atras no se meta adelante. Excelente organizacion para ese gran artista.

I was please the concert was not cancelled despite the rain and lightning considering it was outdoors. Perhaps next time have tents in case of rain.

I like the artists performance. I specially loved Beby Aponte and Jorge Eduardo. I didn’t appreciate the artists started performing 3 hours after the announced time. The ticket says 9pm and the artists started signing around mid night and ended after 2am. Besides, at least one of the singers was cut short and singed fewer songs than the ones the audience expected. That is lack of respect.

The place wasnt prepared for a rainy day! We were like pigs in the mud I couldnt bring my kids... and the groups gave us an excellent show!

Sound was very bad. No control on people going in the front. We payed front seats and a lot of people went in front of us. Sound of base was very unpleasant.
