Horrible hacen esperar desde las 8 de la noche para que a la 1 de la mañana salgan a cantar y con un sonido pésimo no se escuchaba absolutamente nada de lo que estaban cantando. Deberían mejorar su sonido para hacer este tipo de eventos.

Siempre pasa personas buscando sus mesas y invadiendo espacios. Tenían tickets y no encontraban el número de su mesa .

I love this company because it's fast, it helps you if you lose your tickets for any reason, and it has good customer service.
El peor lugar no se puede dejar la comida o la bebida en la mesa por q se lo roban y el manager no se hace cargo de eso pero si te cobran extra 20 por mesa. El peor lugar .
Pesima organizacion!!! Empezo tardisimo , El brindis apagado ,El DJ se cortaba , las filas super largas para comprar bebidas por el pesimo servicio del personal. La comidas horrible tanto El disque lechon como El fricase estaban horribles , sin sabor ...una decepcion la organizacion!!!

Personally, I'd say there was a lack of security personnel and coordination. The people at the entrance were disoriented and uncoordinated, and the service was very poor when entering through the VIP area..

La organización de las mesas pésima
1Me cobraron mucho en las bebidas que pena 2 la mesera no tenía el recibo de mi consumo lo tenía en una servilleta 3 las sillas una pena la mesa que me tocó todas rotas con la espuma afuera
First they say that women could enter for free before 11 pm and that's not the true I arrived at 10:30 and a very rude woman asked me to pay and then when I came back with my ticket at 11:30 I saw that the same wonen let other women pass for free, it also seems to me that they would have to put screens for people who are far away, after that everything is okay
The venue was charing $60 for VIP seats in the front and $40 for general admission. They charged us $25 more per person for seating in the general admission area which is more than what they charged for VIP seats total. At least they let us move our tables to the front of general admission instead of all the way in the back. Venue was hot, no A/C? Maybe owner is too cheap to run it. Sub-par venue

Next time I'll keep in mind that I'm gonna go see a comedy show not a ballet recital. The venue was good but just the programming of the show could of have been executed better.

The place should of close the doors only for the show. People at the bar were making so much noise and it was really hard to hear the show. Also waitress were the whole time covering the vision

The party itself was great until the strippers arrived. While the show was acclaimed by many, others didn't enjoy it because it was a bit long, over an hour. The opening act was excellent, and the closing singer seemed somewhat distant from the audience, but otherwise, it was great.

. I paid $100 for VIP in advance and when the show started all the people from the back went to the front so I was not able to see the dancers or groups. I let many people know but they just irgnored me. Also, the lines to get a drink and food were so long I missed most of the show. Y All 5 of us are Very disappointed

Lindo evento. Porfavor buscar un venue de donde todos puedan ver. Limpiar los baños mas seguidos. Estaban overflowing
Really disappointed... behind the net! 2nd floor Aggressive people (drunkers).. little before the show ended the restrooms were clogged out as soon you enter the restrooms water was all outside restrooms very nasty to see.

It was ok.
Falta de aire acondicionado, demasiado calor. Varias personas completamente alcoholisadas y aun asi le siguen vendiendo alcohol. La presentacion del grupo fue espectacular.

De todas la veces que fui a conciertos en este lugar, este fue el mas organizado, las mesas tenian buen espacio y cuidaron bien que la gente de atras no se meta adelante. Excelente organizacion para ese gran artista.

I was please the concert was not cancelled despite the rain and lightning considering it was outdoors. Perhaps next time have tents in case of rain.
