Review your experience with Festitalia Corp

The Festitalia Authors night with Licia Canton from Montreal at Carmen’s “C’ hotel on the rooftop was a wonderful evening. Licia did some readings and spurred really interesting conversations. 5 stars

Unbearably hot in the kitchen during the cookimg class. Fans did very little. While we were eating Charlie was trying to entertain a very small group of people. Went on way too long. Not enjoyable to listen to.

COOKING WITH MARISA!

Summary:

5.0 / 5.0 based on 5 reviews

How did you like the event?

What an absolutely wonderful experience! Mairsa took us step by step through the cooking process and explained all of the steps along the way. Any class she offers I will take!

Jun 23, 2025
by:Andrea Richard

How did you like the event?

Marisa was wonderful. Very warm and personable and great with her cooking instructions. She was so very well organized and thought of absolutely everything that was needed. Even with all the pressure of cooking a meal with little time and unbearable heat in the kitchen the food was delicious. I would definitely take another class with Marisa
